Confirming Your Appointment
To ensure we can provide you with the highest quality care:

All new patients must complete and submit our Intake Form when booking

Our doctors only see patients with a completed, submitted Intake Form

Appointments without a submitted Intake Form will be cancelled
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another patient.
A $20 missed appointment fee applies if adequate notice is not provided.
Preparing for Your First Visit
We want your first appointment to be efficient, comfortable, and informative. Please:
Arrive 5–10 minutes early

Bring your extended health insurance card (such as Sun Life, Blue Cross, or GreenShield)

Even if your provider is not listed on our Intake Form, we can often submit claims through their online portal

Email or bring any relevant medical records, including:

X-rays

MRI or CT scan reports

Laboratory results

Medical or specialist reports

Following your examination, we will explain your diagnosis and prepare personalized treatment recommendations in writing so you clearly understand your care plan.

Payment is due at the time of service

We accept cash, debit, and e-transfer (we do not accept credit cards)

OHIP does not cover chiropractic care or custom orthotics

Most extended health insurance plans cover chiropractic examinations and treatments under paramedical services, including Sun Life, Blue Cross and GreenShield

Direct billing for examinations and treatments is available for many insurance providers to help minimize out-of-pocket expenses and speed up reimbursements

Our doctors are fully licensed and registered to practice chiropractic in Ontario
Will You Need X-Rays or Advanced Imaging?
We only recommend imaging tests when they are clinically necessary and when the results would help guide your treatment safely and effectively.
Imaging may be recommended if:
There is a need to rule out serious or underlying medical conditions

Imaging results would change your treatment approach

Your condition has not improved after approximately 6–8 weeks of conservative care

You experience severe or worsening symptoms

Neurological symptoms or reduced daily function are present
-
Pain remains uncontrolled despite medication or requires excessive medication use
X-rays and CT scans involve exposure to radiation. We carefully weigh the risks and benefits before recommending any imaging to ensure it is truly necessary for your care.
